The Hawera Office will be closed from Noon on Friday November 7th 2025 through until 10am Wednesday January 14th 2026 as we are away on holiday.
Otherwise we are open as normal 10am Weds to 2pm Fridays, but we are closed during statutory holidays. Outside normal hours or should the office be closed unexpectedly then for anything urgent you can text, email, or leave a voicemail message to us & we will reply when able. Most services can be carried out remotely for our regular clients, however we cannot process new loan applications while closed sorry.
Loan payments need to continue as normal, please deposit these to ANZ, Hawera Finance, Account Number 06-0649-0143276-025. Use your Loan Number or Mobile Number as reference.

Should we be forced to close unexpectedly (due to COVID, illness etc) then an update will be posted soon as possible here on the web site so that you know what is happening.
Payments can be made as follows:
- By setting up a new AP for regular payments using your internet banking app via your bank or by coming to our office. We are happy to assist you with this. We can also mail an AP form for you to sign and lodge with your bank.
- By cash at our office, 12 Wellington Street Hawera, 10am to 2pm business days.
- Deposited to our account at any time during bank opening hours at any ANZ Bank Branch in New Zealand.
- Internet Banking or Telebanking can be used.
- Bank Wire (our SWIFT Code is ANZBNZ22).
- Western Union Money Transfer directed to our BANK ACCOUNT (as below).

Please quote your name, loan number and/or cellphone number as the reference, so we can correctly match payments made.
